The Ex just sent me a message saying:
'you got a boyfriend?'
The last words of him was:
'I prefer If we don't talk to each other any more'.
WHAT DO I REPLY? Do I reply?
(To be honest, I'm kinda glad he texted... but I don't wanna be a fool or stupid... He could of course start with a 'Hey, how are you'. I mean, why ask me something like that, in such a direct way?)

It might be a bit late, but to questions like this one, I'd answer a discreet: "I'd prefer not to say" or "You DON'T really want to know", or "Talk to you later". I have not read all your post, but I assume that it was him who started the break up process...
